A big plus: two of the accommodations, including bathrooms, are located on the ground floor, which is especially convenient for guests with limited mobility.

The sunny terrace at the front, overlooks the playground.  At the back, a private terrace. Step into the small boat with paddles, you can immediately cast your fishing rod the fishing pass is included. The fenced garden is a safe play area for children. Dog-friendly
